Organic Cuisine and Local Flavours

At NatureBio Hotel Elite in Levico Terme, cuisine is inspired by nature, local traditions and authentic flavours. Every day we prepare dishes using certified organic ingredients and local zero-kilometre products, carefully selected together with producers from Valsugana and the Strada del Vino e dei Sapori del Trentino.

The NATUREbio philosophy of the Vettorazzi Family promotes genuine, seasonal and sustainable cuisine, bringing the authentic taste of the region to the table with simplicity and quality.

The restaurant, open approximately from mid-June to mid-September, offers dinner with a choice menu inspired by Trentino and Mediterranean cuisine, accompanied by vegetable buffets and desserts. Guests staying on a bed & breakfast basis can also enjoy the à la carte service.

  • Breakfast: from 7:30 am to 10:00 am
  • Dinner: served to half-board guests
  • Restaurant: open during the summer season, approximately from mid-June to mid-September

Every morning a rich organic breakfast awaits you, featuring homemade cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, jams, juices and many wholesome products to start your day with taste and energy.

During the week we also organise a traditional Trentino candlelight dinner, featuring canederli dumplings, polenta, mountain cheeses, apple strudel and many other local specialities.
